Racial Harmony Day

Racial Harmony Day is an event where international students at James Cook University; celebrate the success of Singapore racially harmonious country. Students are gathered and dressed up in their traditional costumes and share each culture and diversity including IndoJCUS.

Students provide show-case of their own food, drinks, and traditional outfit. The outfit they wore was show-cased in a fashion show. There is different kind of costumes that were show-cased like the Vietnamese, Indian, Indonesian and more. Furthermore, students also interpret audiences of what its traditional diversity means.

​The IndoJCUS had a stand for this event which show-cased Indonesia from the food, traditional clothes, culture and more. For the fashion show, two of our members joined the fashion show and wore traditional clothes from Betawi.
